CUT/FILL Analysis
We can provide a full CUT/FILL analysis either for Tender purposes or Progress throughout your project. We have the capability and experience to use any format of design models including PDF's. Here at MSR Surveys we will provide a full breakdown of quantities and materials in a flexible format that suits your requirements.
Initial Analysis of your design
We will start by interrogating your design models and providing a markup of Any discrepancies or Gross errors found. Based on your response we can correct or Re-grade the model to the correct parameters.
Height Shaded Model
(Heat Maps)
The next stage in the process is to generate easy to read Height shaded models that can be produced as a PDF alongside the digital file. This will give you a full understanding of exactly where the CUT/FILL is located on your site and will ensure you are armed with all of the information you need to make informed and accurate decisions. This will also help with programming as these drawings will enable you to work out a duration based on the quantity per specific zones/Areas.
Summary of Quantities
(Spreadsheet)
The summary of quantities in spreadsheet form will provide an easy to read table with a full breakdown of materials and depths. These can be tailor made to suit your requirements.
Summary of Quantities
(Graphical)
The Summary of quantities in graphical form will consist of Shaded areas of your choice overlaid on to the latest ariel imagery of your site (we can also carry out.) We can work with you to identify key areas of quantum whether this be by chainage or Geographical location. We will also Quantify any stockpiles within the site and produce a clearly labelled plan.
